Remo Stars midfielder, Lasisi Saheed has insisted that Enyimba is a big club in Nigeria, but their history doesn’t pose any threat to them as they face off in Calabar on Wednesday.
The Fatai Osho led side sits 19th on the log after Matchday 18 with 19points, although they still have an outstanding game to play against Rivers United away from home. Enyimba on the other hand, have gathered 25points in 18games and placed 7th, they’ve been quite consistent at Home in Calabar despite the bad state of the pitch.
In an interview with Sportlens360.com, Lasisi Saheed of Remo Stars, says the team is determined to move out of the relegation zone.
“We cannot take it away from them, they are former Champions. We have to respect them, but our Coach has informed us to give everything we have. There is no fear in the Camp, anything that comes our way, we are going to face it.”
“God has been wonderful, we went to Enugu to get a point against Rangers and also did that against Shooting Stars in Ibadan, we believe we can win away from home and we are determine to get out of the relegation zone.”
The sky blue Stars will be playing their second consecutive away game after losing to Sunshine Stars in Akure on Matchday 18.
