MFM FC defender, Bashiru Monsuru, has confirmed that, all is well in the Olukoya Boys camp, despite losing their first points at home this season.
In the past few weeks, the club have had to deal with the sudden disappearance of Striker, Stephen Odey, who went to Denmark for trials without informing the club.
However, with the apology tendered by the youngster, things were set to be on track until the Stalemate draw against Akwa United at the Soccer Temple, Agege on Sunday.
Stpehen Odey’s 33rd minute, penalty kick loss proved to be vital in MFM FC’s points drop on Matchday 20. Although, the Olukoya Boys are still in Second Place behind League Leaders, Plateau United, with just 2points difference despite the draw on Sunday.
In an interview with Sportlens360, MFM FC centre half, Bashiru Monsuru says the spirit is still high and all is well.
“Nothing happened, the draw is part of football. The spirit is still high in the camp. We are expecting good outing in our next game. All is well here.”
