Alhassan, Maikaba, wins Player and Manager of the month for April

Akwa United duo, Coach Abdu Maikaba and Club’s Top scorer, Ibrahim Alhassan have both been named the Manager and Player of the month of ‎April by LBA. ‎
‎
Alhassan won the award,  scoring an Hatrick in the 4-2 win over Shooting Stars in April 2 and ‎also provided the assist for Akwa U‎nited’s winning goal at Kano Pillars. Having total of 4goals through the month of April. 

The Kano State born with his impressive performance earned a call-up to the Super Eagles for the upcoming friendlies later this month. 

Akwa United Coach, Abdu Maikaba was also named the Manager of the Month after guiding the Promise Keepers to an unbeaten run in the month of April.
