Katsina United have dealt with injuries through the season with the likes of Obinna Kingsley (recovered), Agboola Joshua – who has still not recovered, and also Lawal Tasiu (recovered) among others.
The newly promoted side, Katsina United are currently 12th on the NPFL log with 38points, while Kano Pillars have 41 points with a game in hand against Rivers United.
Obinna Kingsley spoke with Sportlens360 on how he expects a tough encounter.
“Its going to be a big cracker, we are not expecting an easy game but we know how to deal with them. We respect pillars but are not afraid of them, it’s a game of 11men.”
The former Warri Wolves striker continued.
“We aren’t even thinking of relegation because we are ready for any team here in karkanda stadium. Any team that wants to beat us here have to be more than 14men on the pitch.”
