Enugu Rangers declare Daniel Etor missing

July 28th, 2017 Dammy Dudu NPFL Updates 0 comments

The management of Enugu Rangers Football Club have declare one of its player, Daniel Etor missing.

According to a Press Statement by the clubs, Director Media & Public Relations, Foster Chime, the player absented himself from training as well as providing his services without permission for more than a week now.

Etor’s whereabouts is unknown and efforts to locate or communicate with the player has been futile.

The player according to the coaches alighted from the official Club bus on their way back from Ilorin where they played a league match with ABS FC of Ilorin the previous day and eloped without traces.

The management had already sent a letter to that effect on Thursday, 27th July, 2017 to the General Secretary of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

Etor had earlier been fined Twenty Thousand Naira by coach Innocent Agbo, for breaking camp rules, when he left camp and came back at twelve mid-night by jumping fence a day before the team traveled to Ilorin for a league match against ABS FC on 23rd July, 2017.

The management said the player’s salary might be withhold while considering other punitive measures against him for flouting camp rules and travelling without official permission.
