Katsina United midfielder, Joseph Adah says his team are not even thinking of the relegation battle anymore, rather a top ten finish.
The Chanji boys, who defeated Wikki Tourists 2-0 on Sunday in the Matchday 34 of the Nigeria Professional Football League, moved up to 12th position. Thanks to Chinedu Udechukwu and Ashadi Destiny’s first half goals.
Joseph Adah had a chat with Sportlens360, expressing the optimism in the Katsina United Camp.
“I think we have escaped relegation already. We are not even thinking of it, our focus now is to finish in top ten and we are motivating ourselves to achieve that”.
Katsina will travel to Enugu to face Enugu Rangers on Matchday 35, before playing Sunshine Stars and Remo Stars in Katsina On Matchday 36 and 37 respectively, before traveling away to Calabar to face Seven time Champions, Enyimba FC in their last match of the season.
