Serie A side, Torino have shown keen interest in signing Chelsea loanee, Ola Aina permanently to the club after impressing in first few games for The Maroons.
The 22-year old fullback moved to the Serie A club on a season-long loan in the summer and has impressed in his 10 appearances so far.
Although, Chelsea never confirmed that, the Seria A side, Torino had an option to buy the Nigerian fullback at the end of the season.
However, Torino want to make a similar bid in the new year. Aina, who signed a new contract at Chelsea in August to keep him at the club until 2021, has made just six appearances for the Blues and faces tough competition to break into the first team against the likes of Cesar Azpilicueta, Davide Zappacosta and Victor Moses.
Ola Aina also revealed that he is enjoying life in the Serie A.
“It has been very good so far and I’m loving it,” said Aina, who was on loan at Hull last season.
“It is really helping me. The football here is very tactical. You have to concentrate a lot. They spend a lot of time on set-pieces and getting the right movement.”
