Nigerian, Nelson Temitope Samuel who has spent most of his playing days in Belgium is set to begin another journey of his football career in Slovenia .
The 23-year old who formerly played for Lierse S.K before the dissolvement of the club last year(May,2018) following a bankruptcy in the team has been without a football club since then.
The midfielder is set to begin life with Slovenian side NK Drava Ptuj, a team in the Slovenian second league as he completes a one year deal with the club.
NK Drava ptuj is now being owned by a Nigerian sport company who owns more than half of the club shares and is being presided by Mr Emmanuel Oloja Akpakwu.
The league resumes activity by March.
