Kano Pillars forward, has said he has not even reached his best form this season, after netting a brace against FC IfeanyiUbah in a Rescheduled game of the 2019 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) On Wednesday.
The former Lobi Stars goal poacher, who has now scored his third goal of the season believes he can take on the shoes of Junior Lokosa, who won the 2018 NPFL topscorer award with 19 goals despite the inconclusiveness of the league.
“I think I am not at 100 per cent but it’s coming. It’s coming and I felt very good on the pitch. I’m really happy because my best form is coming.” Nyima told Sportlens360.
“It’s not been easy for me since Junior Lokosa left the team for Esperance, but I’m happy that I’m beginning to find my feet. I just want to keep scoring and help the team to win many games as possible.” He added.
After the 3-0 win on Wednesday, the Sai MasuGida are now placed fourth on the log with 20points, which is their highest position since the start of the season and will look to continue their impressive run on Matchday 13 when they face Heartland FC in Okigwe.
