Nigeria Forward, Nyima Nwagua admits Saturday’s 2020 African Nations Championship (CHAN) Qualifiers against Sparrow Hawks of Togo is the biggest match of his career.
The Kano Pillars Forward missed out on the team that played the first leg tie, which the Super Eagles Team B lost 4-1 in Togo last month.
Nyima was a pivotal figure for Kano Pillars in their 2019 Aiteo Cup triumph after beating Niger Tornadoes on penalties few months back.
“I can’t wait. I’m looking forward to playing this big game. It’s maybe the biggest game in my life. It’s a big game and we have to turn things around in Lagos and we are ready for that”. He told Sportlens360.
The team finalized preparations for the game in the early hours of Friday and must win 3-0 or more to get a chance at the CHAN tournament to be hosted in Cameroon next year.
