After winning their first two league games, Michael Ibe says, he will prefer that Plateau United keep winning, irrespective of the role he plays and minutes played.
The former Akwa United midfielder came from the bench in their first away win of the season over Jigawa Golden Stars even as he hopes to make his first start for the Jos based team.
“We are very happy for the result we got against Jigawa Golden Stars, we want to keep it up, I am happy with the team performance, the team comes before individual, we want to remain focused.
“We want to be on top of the league from the start of the season to the end, we know it won’t be easy but it is possible for us to maintain it, we have to push more. I don’t mind the role or minutes I play, the only thing that matter is winning”. Ibe said.
Plateau United will hope to make it 3 wins in 3 matches when they host Wikki Tourists of Bauchi on Sunday.
