Norway based Striker Shuaibu Ibrahim says the Nigerian league doesn’t believe in young players and prefers ready made and big players.
The talented forward who plays for Haugesund made this known to reporters on a platform named Let’s Gist Naija Football.
The 23-year-old was asked if there is anything he would love to do in the Nigerian Professional Football league again, what is that going to be.
He responded by saying, “I want to see a lot of young players playing for Nigerian league, I see alot of 16, 17 year old players in Europe and it will be good to have this opportunity in Nigeria. Nigeria doesn’t believe in young players, they believe in big players. If they start doing this, I think it will be good.
