June 27th, 2020 Dammy Dudu Bundesliga 0 comments

Union Berlin have ended their 2019/2020 German Bundesliga campaign with a 3-0 win over Fortuna Düsseldorf, with two Nigerian players on target.

The win saw Union Berlin retain their league status, despite a roller coaster season in their first ever German Bundesliga campaign.

Union Berlin took the lead in the 26th minute through Anthony Ujah, who scored his third Bundesliga goal of the season Black market exchange rate.

Christian Gentner made it 2-0 in the 54th minute with a cool finish, before Nigerian striker, Suleiman Abdullahi netted his first Bundesliga goal for Union Berlin through a fine assist from Gentner.

With the 3-0 win on Saturday, Union Berlin finish the season on 11th position and condemned Fortuna Düsseldorf to relegation.
