Dapo Abiodun preseason draws hold today as 3SC depart for Ijebu-Ode

Draws for the 2nd edition of Prince Dapo Abiodun Pre season tournament holds today.

According to the tournament coordinator, Oye Bawala, the draw ceremony will take place this evening at the Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu-Ode.

16 teams including defending champions, Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan are expected to participate in the competition scheduled to begin on Tuesday November 17.

Among the teams expected are; Rivers United, Rangers International, Kwara United, Lobi Stars, Adamawa United, Nasarawa United, Wikki Tourists and Warri Wolves, all from the NPFL.

NNL sides that will feature in the tournament are cup holders, 3SC, Crown of Ogbomoso, Remo Stars, Bendel Insurance, Niger Tornadoes, Gateway FC and FC Nilayo.

Meanwhile, the Oluyole Warriors are expected to depart Ibadan to Ijebu-Ode today for the defence of the title they won last year.
