Coach Kadiri Ikhana, has stepped down as Technical Adviser of the Four time NPFL Champions Kano Pillars Football Club on Sunday, the club confirmed.
The Sai Magida confirmed this in an official release through the media office stating that the board has accepted the resignation of its former Technical Adviser, Coach Kadiri Ikhana.
Kano Pillars, Head Of Media, Malikawa said Kadiri was not in Enugu for the match against Rangers FC but after the match he communicated with some journalits and club officials from his base in Abeokuta Ogun state to announced his resignation as technical adviser of sai masu gida from today sunday 23/4/2017.
“The management of Kano Pillars FC accepted his resignation in good fate and wish him full recovery for the sickness which he said was the reason he quit his job,” Malikawa said.
He assured that the relationship between the club and Ikhana will be sustained.
On the issue of the possible replacement, Malikawa said that will be decided within the week.
He said the players have been given a five day mid season break.
He urged the fans of the club to be patience with the board as it was doing everything humanly possible to see that the club status is revive in the second stanza.
