Embattled Gombe United Goalkeeper, Emmanuel Fabiyi has responded to the widespread allegations that he was involved in a match fixing against Enugu Rangers in a Rescheduled NPFL match.
The match which saw, Gombe United come from 2goals down to 3-2 in the second half, only for Enugu Rangers to get the equaliser in the closing minute of the game.
The Former Shooting Stars Stopper, was confronted in the Stadium after the match and was attacked, suffering a big injury to his head.
However, Fabiyi has come out to plead non-guilty to the allegations made against him, that he got involved in a match fixing – the reports suggested the Goalkeeper already predicted a draw just before the match.
