Anthony Okpotu will join Al Masry after agreeing a two-year deal at the club, it was announced on Monday.
The 28-year old striker played for Qatari club, Qatar SC for two seasons before sealing a deal with the Egyptian side.
“The Egyptian club of directors, headed by professor, Kamel Abu Ali, have completed the signing of Nigerian striker, Anthony Okpotu on a two-season contract till the end of 2023/2024 season.” Al Masry announced on Monday.
The former Super Eagles B striker has played for teams like Lobi Stars, Al-Ittihad Tripoli, Diffa Hassani El Jadidi, Laci, US Monastir and Qatar SC.
He was part of the CHAN team who won silver for Nigeria in Morocco 2018.
Al Masry finished 13th in the 2021/2022 season and will hope Okoptu add his wealth of experience to the squad.
