Saliu Suleiman happy to keep another clean sheet for Sunshine Stars in relegation survival

Sunshine Stars goalkeeper, Saliu Suleiman says he feel so happy to help the team in relegation survival by keeping a clean sheet in the stalemate against Adamawa United on Sunday.

The former ABS shot stopper was impressive for the relegation battlers, as they see out a statement against bottom placed, Adamawa United in Gombe.

Saliu Suleiman, who kept his 4th consecutive clean sheet spoke to Sportlens360 on his recent performance and how it feels to help the team in their relegation battle.

“I feel great for keeping another clean sheet for Sunshine Stars against Adamawa United, after doing so against Wikki Tourists, Heartland, and Kano Pillars.

“We need all the point we can get now, and I’m glad to help the team in my own way. I’m confident that, we will avoid relegation as we have 3 home games and 2 away games.” Suleiman told Sportlens360.

Sunshine Stars will host Katsina United at the Ondo State Sports Complex, Akure on Wednesday, where they will seek to continue their recent good run of games.
